application of design methodologies to electrical
and computer engineering design problems in some
major areas of Electrical Engineering. Topics
include: design specifications and requirements,
simulation and construction, laboratory measurement
techniques, design verification, the implementation
cycle, environmental impact, project management,
economic evaluation and safety assessment. One or
more design projects form an integral part of the

Computer Engineering). In addition there are quite a few textbooks and
