Introduction (Overview)

Our client, "Media Deliveries", acts as a broker/distributor for a number of national newspaper and magazine companies, supplying individual households and businesses in a large metropolitan area.

Media Deliveries has hired Audax Consulting to design and deliver a software application that will allow the customer to order from vendors, generate various sales and customer delivery reports, manipulate a customer database file, and generate monthly bills. This software application has been called "NERDS" for "NEwspaper Reporting and Delivery System".
